The reality is that this place is a joke.

Unless you are 100% French, don't even bother trying to place an order. And even if you do, it's utter garbage.

The owner is racist towards the English population and has a zero tolerance policy about women.

Worst resto experience ever.

One of our pizzerias of choice in the region. The service is courteous and very fast. Sometimes the clothing of certain clerks does not seem entirely appropriate and professional to me, but this is not the case for everyone. The atmosphere isn't quite suitable for a family dinner, but for a lunch after a party, it's perfect. The pizza is delicious!

I tried to order a sub sandwich by delivery yesterday evening (January 16th in between 4:30-5:30 pm) and I was DENIED SERVICE BECAUSE I SAID MY ORDER IN ENGLISH. My first language is English and I STRUGGLED TO SAY MY ORDER IN FRENCH. I was met with extreme disrespect and hostility from an employee (woman) on the other side of the phone. That same woman cut me off mid-sentence while I was trying to say my order and she SPOKE ENGLISH TO ME and HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT SHE COULD NOT TAKE MY ORDER BECAUSE I DID NOT SAY IT IN FRENCH! Meanwhile she spoke perfect English to me. Make it make sense!?

It was not just the denial of service but the dismissive and rude manner in which I was treated that left me feeling disrespected and devalued when all I wanted was a Sub Sandwich. It seems that the values of this restaurant are not aligned with those of its customers. The customer should never be treated with such distain and lack of understanding. After all, let’s not forget who the first people who occupied this land/territory were; First Nations/Native American People in which they spoke their Native languages along with English. Respect and inclusivity should be at the core of any service orientated business. I will no longer be ordering from here ever again.

I call to order a pizza, the lady tells me madame, hurry up, very stupid, impatient. I was never able to say what I wanted so I hung up. Really a shame because we always ordered from this place…
