Miso ramen with tataki beef was great. The beef was perfectly cooked, the egg was seasoned (as it should be) with a nice jelly center, and the soup had lots of vegetables and noodles.

I also had the 5$ salad which was a perfect way to start my meal. It had a tasty dressing, and a nice variety of vegetables.

I will be coming back next time I'm in the area

If you read my review post history, I have very straight forward reviews (the good, the bad, and the ugly). However, rarely do I have an opportunity to really give rave reviews such as I one that I'm giving now. The owner's name is Marco. When he saw that I spoke French with an English accent, he offered to speak to me in English. I told him about my partner and his dietary needs and Marco suggested his Porc Ramen. It was delicious! There were several items on the menu that I want to return and try myself. Marco gets an A+ for variety. If you have a partner that gives you the "I don't know what I want to eat" vibe, you can't go wrong with Le Chop Shop as there is something for everyone. I highly suggest that you give this restaurant a try.

Despite a bit of cuisine confusion this place is pretty unique. It’s a bit all over the globe but it works. Ramen was pretty decent.

Went to Le Chop Shop today for a quick lunch after following them on Instagram for awhile. We had both the Miso and the Kazan (Gouchugang) flavored Ramen. Everything was fantastic! The pork was expertly cooked, the broth was flavorful and buttery with excellent spice. We really enjoyed the atmosphere and friendly service. Looking forward to coming back soon and trying more of their menu!

We would really like it to be open on winter weekends (see opening hours before you travel) but we have to adjust our restaurant evenings because their Roman soup is delicious 😄

I cannot RAVE enough, this place is to DIE FOR!! Thai, Mexican and Hawaiin cuisine made by the most incredible chef, love him for being open today so we can experience the most fantastic flavors I've ever had, the Ramen soup exquisite, tacos to die for, and perfect Thai dressing on my gorgeous salad, the chef is such a nice guy, friendly and made us feel like we were at home. it's a little out of the way but I will come to SJSR just for this!!!!! 🔥🥢🍽
