Terrible service! Took about 15 minutes to have my meal served to me and my wife. There was barely anyone inside and the service was terrible. I placed my order via the app, and 15 minutes later I got up to find out what was happening with my order. The young girl replied “you are one of the next”. We were the only ones waiting, how can we be "one of the next"? I tried the experiment again with a simple order, ice cream cone and apple turnover. 15 minutes later, I ask the girl what's going on with my desserts and she says, "I'll check." Another 3 minutes and I receive half of my order, the cone. The slipper followed 1 minute later and it was cold. Frustrated with my experience at this restaurant, I did not call the manager but instead decided to leave with a promise not to return. The young people behind should stop fooling around and get to work in order to adequately serve the few customers on site.

Very bad experience! ! I ordered a set meal and waited for 23 minutes. I asked twice in the middle. People at work were standing in the kitchen. I don’t know what they were doing. I waited for five minutes after ordering and no one came out to serve! This experience is terrible! people all waiting there

Never clean and everything in there is sticky. Bathrooms are atrocious, the smell is worse than the underground Metro ?
If we could give zero stars, I would have! I ordered at the terminal and unfortunately there was no more paper So I went to the cash register After 15 minutes of waiting an employee arrived the phone rang at the same time he prioritized the phone Then he left for a good 10 minutes he comes back to prioritize mobile orders, I manage to intercept her before she leaves to simply ask her for my order number, I'm waiting for another one. Good 20 minutes to receive my order surrounded by 15 other people who ordered recently they end up taking out all the orders at the same time cold, very very cold.

Good evening TOTAL SCAMI was at the drive-thru and the manager Mr. Noon I stole my points for my ice cream then he threw my ice cream in the trash and verbally harassed me so I had to call the police to calm him down, fortunately the police The order was there..!!!
