Under staffed like everything these days, poorly maintained ordering kiosques and questionable restroom cleanliness. There was however 1 young girl who went above and beyond to answer our concerns and she even decided to go back to help her colleagues even though she was on her way out. And the ketchup should be in the middle of the burger, not beside it! 🤦♂
Taking 20 minutes for an ice cream is diabolical when there’s no rush.
