First, I must say that I was looking for a restaurant well suited to the needs of my friend, whose birthday it was. I quickly found Salut Québec on Google. When we arrived, we were treated with great care by the very welcoming staff. The coffee was excellent and we all had generous portions. I will definitely come back for brunch with my extended family, there is so much space in this restaurant! Thank you Hello Quebec and see you soon!
We visited Salut Quebec Restaurant for breakfast twice. The first time, the service was amazing and the food was good. On our second visit, the service was mediocre, likely due to the busy Father's Day weekend. However, the food remained consistent. While not extraordinary, it was reliably good. The restaurant offers plenty of parking, quick service, and a nice ambiance.
