Very unpleasant experience. I went there on December 24 coming back from work. I ordered a hot chocolate. Once I got to the drive-thru window, I smiled at the employee but she didn't look at me and started arguing with her colleague over an order. Once their conversation was over, I was able to pay and she gave me my order without saying anything to me. I then wished her happy holidays with a smile and she looked at me without saying anything and I left the drive-thru. That's it for the customer service part. As for hot chocolate, you can trust the image to imagine the taste... It's one of the worst things I've ever ingested in my life. It really felt like I was drinking water that came from the toilet. I don't really recommend this branch.
