I go there frequently with my husband and children when we pass by. The service is usually fine. However, the night shift is severely lacking, unfortunately. Just went by and ordered a hot chocolate, simple enough order. I got home and ended up having to dump it out, as they had somehow mistaken "Chocolat chaud" for "cafe". Will definitely not be going by there at night anymore. Not gonna keep wasting money on something I will inevitably throw away.
Can’t get the order right. My coffee never has the right stuff in it, rarely ever stirred, they mix up their orders and prices way too often. I once asked for 2 creams 2 sugars and got 4 creams no sugar. Ridiculous.And I don’t know who the manager is, an older woman, but she constantly yells at her customers and she looks completely unprofessional. She’s also the one that messes up the orders when she takes mine.75% of the time my morning breakfast sandwich had egg shells...read full review
