For the ultra-fast Uber delivery service. I'm usually offered Blainville for delivery, but this time I was directed to St-Jérôme. Disappointing, at the price I pay, I'm disappointed. Usually my rice is on the side in a bowl, it's under the poke bowl, so the salad and tartare are hot. The amount of tartare is almost non-existent and hot, and the salad, so being halved because of the rice in the bowl, isn't very appetizing. Really disappointed, I've ordered often and it's never been presented to me like this. At $52, I won't recommend this place again if it's to be incised. As it's my little luxury of the month, even for 2 months, I've been left wanting more. We should look into separating the hot and cold food. Not ideal.

I'm disappointed every time I go there, no consistency. Before you went there it was good. But sometimes it tastes like nothing, other times wet salmon, today a piece of uncut beef, huge pieces that don't make sense for a place of tartare. And in addition my nachos an extra of 4.75 almost just chips with barely any sauce, chili and parmesan. Honestly at this price, train your employees properly. Last time for me.

Really disappointed. We went to get our order at the counter. Arrived home error on the order. Instead of having salmon tartares, we have beef tartares. We telephone to report the error. The lady offers us 30% off our next order but we have to go and order at the counter and say our name and telephone number. That's okay. This evening we go to the counter. The waiter mentions that there are no discounts on order errors. He doesn't know what we're talking about and doesn't look any further. We leave and tell ourselves that we've been had. So dishonest. We went elsewhere but Kuto doesn't care. When you make a commitment to your customers following an error caused by you, respect your words. The consumer is biased.

I ordered the pokebol with salmon tartare... it was bland I added soy sauce and hot sauce... I didn't finish my dish... my husband had the beef tartare and he loved it... for the experience and the price I won't go back...

I don't know what's going on with this franchise, but we've been going to all-you-can-eat tartars for 3 times now, and the tartars no longer have any taste. The portions have decreased (even the soup). I don't know if it's isolated in this kuto but it's a shame, because we really like this place. I believe we will go to another kuto in the future.

Different tartares, but both...tasteless. They tasted like water.
We didn't even know the difference between our tartars...nothing noticed.
Tasteless, bland and disappointing.
Even if it's fast food...it's not cheap.

We ordered two Caribbean tuna tartares as usual. However, this time the fish didn't taste fresh, it lacked sauce, and to be honest it was so bad that we stopped eating after a few bites. We called to ask if the recipe had changed, as it was nothing like what we are used to receiving. For the price we paid, we expected much better quality, and frankly, I don't think I'll ever eat at this place again.

I did not feel like going out so my son and I ordered delivery. We had a tuna natcho to share he had a poke bowl and I had the Mexican salmon tartare. 100$ worth of food so I was expecting something amazing. The natcho was excellent but the tartare was horrible. I asked spicy and it wasn't which I could live with but it was blend, salmon tasted like it had been defrost in the microwave.
It was so bad that I had to go to the restaurant return it. Me that wanted to stay home tonight... The only good thing about the restaurant is the service I received when I called. There was not one person in the dinning room of the restaurant, I know why. When your restaurant is only making tartare and the tartare suck, better put the key under the door now..... Never again
