SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie St-Jérôme

On February 1st we were a group of 20 people for a party. We were served by Noémie Cloutier. It was excellent in terms of food but the most impressive was the service offered by Noémie, wow it was more than perfect! Despite the noise and the restaurant being full, we were served very quickly. I gave 5 stars everywhere except for the atmosphere, it was a little too noisy for me but I'm not a reference, I'm used to silence ;) The whole group liked the food and the atmosphere. We danced to our liking and the music was good.
I ate a starter of beetroot and goat's cheese carparccio and as a main meal I enjoyed a lobster roll yummmmm
A little difficult on the parking side.

A completely outdated service. We received glasses that we had not ordered at all and when the time came to serve us the glasses, ordering 1 out of 2 was the right one and we won't talk about the smile on the face of the completely non-existent staff. First and last time at the St Jérôme shaker, I don't but not all the franchises with bad service.

Meh, we have a reservation at 10 p.m. Once we arrived we were informed that the kitchen had closed. I understand it's late but why offer table reservations when the kitchen is closed?
Anyway, ambian, OK. Loud music. Passable for late evening.

It’s the perfect place for tartare and cocktail lovers. The service is impeccable, with an attentive and dynamic team. As for the cuisine, the steakhouse beef tartare is perfectly seasoned and tasty, the two salmon tartare offers great freshness and what can we say about the delicious desserts 🤤 An experience to repeat without hesitation!

Food is good, but nothing more. Going to celebrate your birthday, having the required number of people and still paying for your meal is quite false advertising.

The music is getting louder and louder, if we are far away, it's not so bad, but if we are close, we literally have to shout to speak and be heard (dinner at 7 p.m.)

Dietary restrictions: Are not very observant. Asked to avoid anything coconut on my table and I still got a drink with a little coconut in it.

Parking: Very difficult to find space. Sometimes parking is more than a 10 minute walk away, unless you're lucky.
