I always go here it's a lovely atmosphere and usually the food is great. This time I was disappointed as the potatoes came completely burnt, and 1 of my kids crepe was also burnt.

Very disappointing experience. We went as a large group on April 4th and were never told the kitchen closed at 3 PM (not indicated anywhere), even though the place stays open until 5 PM. As a result, only a few people could order and about half of us didn’t get to eat.

Beautiful place, but poor and disorganized service, the waitress seemed lost with the bills. Food quality was also low (burnt fries), and the prices don’t match the quality.

Good for drinks or the cidery experience, but not for dining.

Was very fun to go apple picking here. I would appreciate more of the ability to free roam, but I understand that certain trees must be blocked off to promote fruit growth while others are being picked. Food was DELICIOUS.

je mange fréquemment de la bonne cuisine, ce 10 janvier je participais à un anniversaire, j'ai très rarement aussi bien mangé dans ma carrière, crème de clou fleur (parfaite) salade d'endive et chèvre chaud (ahurissant) joue de porc en croute (parfaite et savoureuse) merci de nous offrir ces délices

My husband and I hosted our wedding here on November 15 and couldn’t have been happier with our event. From start to finish we loved the atmosphere, the cider, the food, and the service. Our guests raved over the food which is an impressive feat with 99 guests to feed. Everything was served hot and cooked to perfection. The bartenders were so friendly and offered tastings to any guest who wanted a cider. Everyone was well taken care of and couldn’t believe how beautiful the venue was. Thank you to Mégane for accommodating all our requests and organizing such an amazing night. We can’t wait to celebrate our anniversaries here for years to come!

My son had his wedding there this past weekend! The venue was so beautiful, the staff delivered excellent service and the food was delicious! A definite little treasure if you’re looking to host an event…

The restaurant management did not respect the reservation, even if it was done while in advance. Lack of organization.

Las year we passed by to have a bite and enjoy the life music and we’re happy with the music and the food at the kiosks outside, even though the waiting time was a bit long.
This year we reserved the restaurant for a group of 12 people and went apple picking.
Well the restaurant price/ quality was not satisfying. We all found the prices quite high for the meals. Service was excellent though.
We were having a double birthday celebration, so we had brought a cake and we were asked 2.50$ per person to open the cake at the restaurant :(
For the apple picking - we were surprised that there was an entrance fee (4$)for visitors above the age of 8 on top of the bags for apples and us being customers at the restaurant and the fact that food from outside was not admitted.
Honestly It’s my first time that I pay an entrance fee in an orchard.
Food at the kiosks inside was overpriced and the waiting time was too long( ex. 40 min for a portion of beignets)
There was no life music neither this year ( we were there on a Sunday pm)

Great overall experience during the apple picking season. The apple orchard is well organized and clean. (The picking schedules are also available on their website). The bistro had great unique brunch options. I also recommend the cider tasting. The service was top notch. The servers knew their ciders very well. They also have fast-food style eating options. They were also grilling burgers outside. Boutique/shop seemed a little picey but they had some interesting apple-based items. (The BBQ sauce and Dry Rub are great). They also recently extended the 'park' area for children.

Nous avons célébré notre mariage cet été à la Cidrerie Lacroix parce que nous avions un coup de coeur pour l'endroit. Cependant, nous avons eu un service horrible pour la préparation de notre mariage, le jour même et le suivi après l'évènement. 2 fois dans l'année precédent notre mariage, l'équipe de l'évènementiel a quittée et personne ne nous a avisé, pas même les propriétaires. ce faisant, nous sommes restés sans réponse (téléphone et courriel) jusqu'à 2 semaines avant notre mariage. Nous avons dû prendre plusieurs décisions de dernière minute et laisser tomber quelques idées que nous avions pour notre soirée. Lors de la soirée plusieurs déceptions également (menu changé sans nous aviser, pas le bon dessert, manque de service, manque de poisson). Suite à l'événement nous avons simplement reçu la facture, sans communication. Nous avons demandé de parler avec un responsable pour partager nos insatisfactions dans un but d'amélioration pour des futurs mariés et nous sommes toujours sans réponse de leur part. Bon courage à tout ceux qui ont un contrat avec eux.

​In the many times we went there the orchard and the apple-picking experience were wonderful. As for the restaurant, we've been there twice. The first time was really nice. The second time, the staff was very nice and welcoming, and the food was mostly good. We were a bit disappointed to find out at the end of the meal that we had actually received the wrong dish. Since they mixed up two kinds of sandwiches, we couldn't tell the difference, but we would have expected the waiter to bring it to our attention. Also, we sat inside, and the restaurant was swarmed with flies. It was very unpleasant to have our meal like that.
