It's a nice and relatively clean A&W location ! It's too bad that on the day I went to order to dine in they didn't had any drinks available beside Coke/Diet Coke (machine were all broken) aside that, food I order burgers, onions rings and chausson au pomme were good 👍

The quality of service has significantly improved in recent months. The overall experience consistently surpasses that of McD. Despite periods of high demand, the team strives to maintain a high standard of presentation in their burgers 🍔

Received coupon and came to try this A&W for the 1st time at 6AM in the morning. 1staff taking care of supplier's delivery, 1 staff taking order and 3rd staff come in late. The order was taken with the coupon, but obviously, the POS didn't apply the discount from the coupon's code. Cashier charged without any explanation or negligence of price charged versus supposed discount. And claimed to be unable to refund because of the absence of the manager. Have to pay The regular price with the coupon in hand. I was only coming to A&W to try because I received this coupon. BAD EXPERIENCE!!!

I finally got my order by 7:20 with 2nd platter as compensation of coupon price difference. From 6-7AM, there are 5 other customers came in, but 3 of them have left without ordering because of the lack of services. 👎

Yesterday I had a nashville cruncher from this restaurant the patty inside the burger was hard like a brick. I seriously feeling sick after having this burger

The employee at the cashier has a very disgusting way of speaking, and she has absolutely no manner of experience. Shame and thank you for your good, disgusting employment. This is the reason for the decline in the quality of the food.

My friend ordered herself food from here and has been waiting for almost two hours. The restaurant had been “wrapping up” for almost the entire duration of that, and hasn’t been sent out for delivery. She tried to call the store and absolutely no one answered. They refuse to cancel the order. Now i’m sitting here with my food going cold (which is my choice, yes, but still unfortunate for her!) while we try and get her money back. Considering the amount of 1 star reviews for this place, it appears absolutely no one wants to do their job, ever!
Working with the public is hard and miserable, I understand. But at least have the decency to cancel when you’re not going to come through and give her a chance to go somewhere else!

I have ordered today through A&W app. When order came. 5 items missing. Tried to chat through their customer care, no response. Tried to call to cote vertu branch, no response. The guys working there are irresponsible. My order number 8026.
