It’s an ok bakery but charging $1.50 extra just because I put turnips and olives on my sandwich is not it. They never used to charge for garnishes AND they didn’t even mention that it would be an extra charge.

I’ve been a loyal customer for a long time and never had an issue—until today. I ordered my usual pita shawarma and ended up in a severe allergic reaction, needing to use my EpiPen. When I checked the listed ingredients, none of them matched my allergies.
After calling, they casually admitted they had added hummus—something never mentioned before. I asked why it’s not listed in the ingredients, and their response was shocking: “we don’t have time to waste on that.”
Not only did they fail to take responsibility, but they told me it was my fault and refused to let me speak to a manager. Absolutely unacceptable, careless, and dangerous.
This is by far the worst service and attitude I have ever experienced. If they play this loosely with allergies, they are a threat to people’s health. BE WARNED!

The shawarma was great! The selection of foods and desserts is really vast. The employees were very kind and their service was very quick.

Andalos is a true delight for anyone who loves authentic Lebanese cuisine and baked goods! I recently visited and was blown away by their incredible selection. The thyme manouché (zaatar) was perfectly tangy and aromatic, with just the right balance of herbs and crispy dough. The cheese manouché was a cheesy, golden masterpiece—pure comfort in every bite. Their freshly baked pita bread is soft, fluffy, and pairs wonderfully with any meal. And don’t get me started on the desserts! The baklavas were flaky, sweet, and packed with nutty goodness, while the knefeh was an absolute treat with its gooey, syrupy perfection. The mini maamoul and petit fours were the perfect bite-sized indulgences, bursting with flavor. The staff is warm and welcoming, and the atmosphere feels like a little slice of Lebanon in Montreal. Whether you're grabbing a quick manouché or treating yourself to their sweets, Andalos is a must-visit. I can’t wait to return!

The food is good. There was an issue with our delivery at first, and after a frustrating phone call, we initially thought they wouldn’t do anything to fix it. However, they eventually acknowledged their mistake, called us back to apologize, and even included an extra dessert. The experience wasn’t perfect, but we’re satisfied with how it was resolved in the end.

I bought a cake on December 31st and asked the lady if it was fresh!
She said yes of course, but when she tasted it, it had a strange taste 🤢 and it wasn't good.
In fact, he was over a week old.
I do not recommend it to anyone and will never buy there again.

Eating sponge is better than eating your food; no taste, no smell, just appearance.
