Good sit down option at the airport. Prices were reasonable. The omelet was tasty but the mushrooms were a bit burned. They ask you if you have at least 40 minutes before boarding, but the food got ready quickly

I had been warned that the smoke meat sandwich was a bit light on the portion side. They were not wrong. It still tasted pretty food but the fries were cold (thankfully, the Waitress got me a brand new, steaming hot mini-bucket of fries).

The problem is that Archibald has become complacent. I've been before both at the airport and in Montréal but the food and portions were better.

Just because you have a kepted-market doesn't mean the food has to be mediocre.

Let me be clear, the service was exceptional. She let me linger as I had a longer than expected wait.

My husband and I were looking for a comfortable friendly place to eat after an international flight with a long layover in Montreal. Although the food was good, the staff were rude. When asked to clean our table the hostess sharply informed us that wasn't her job. The Server, was abrupt and tried handing us our bill while still eating. The restaurant was half empty but we felt rushed and disparaged. We would have been happy to spend more time and money, even asking the server if he was in a hurry. We quickly finished and left. Our late lunch a short 25 minutes. Happily, we found a lovely Canadian coffee shop, Java U, with wonderful coffee, comfortable seating and friendly staff.

A gem of a restaurant inside of the YUL airport. Lots of options, great ambience, and excellent service. I am a bit of a superfan for breakfasts, and I would give this place a solid 4.2 on the food, but full marks for service and vibes especially because it’s inside of an airport. Would definitely recommend this as your main spot for a dining experience at YUL!

We came to had a breakfast between our connecting flight. The place looked great while walking along and we thought to try it out. The food was good and the atmosphere was good too but once we received our food within 20 - 30 mins the server placed the cheque on the table. They also took the plate from which i was eating. The server again insisted if we want the payment machine even though we were still not yet finished with the food.

Seemed like they wanted to force us out even though most of the tables were empty. Looks targetted to certain skin color.
