Incorrect opening hours, 6:15 and not even open

We came in on a Friday. Food was stale and needed more salt, seemed like it sat out on the counter for way too long. My potatoes were cold and the portions shrank tremendously. It’s a shame as this used to be me and my family’s go to spot. The boss was addressing our waitress in a very rude tone, disregarding us and asking her to do other tasks as she was taking our order. Pro tip: don’t become a boss if you want to gossip in front of customers. I feel bad for our poor waitress. Disgusting behaviour, do better.

Good breakfast spot. I got the classic breakfast which is very good value for money. 13$ gets you 2 eggs, toast, potatoes, and a choice of meat (and coffee). Eggs were cooked perfectly, so was the bacon. Service was good, though a small mistake in the order was made. Restaurant was clean and comfortable, though the facilities were a little dirty. All in all, pretty good experience.

I used to have brunch here very often. The service is excellent, however the portions are considerably smaller now, I wish they consider to go back to the previous portions. Quality is very good.

We had a birthday party at this restaurant and had excellent service from Makaela. I highly recommend it.

Hello everyone today it was my first time and Ben Florentine in vsl First, it was amazing place very clean. The food was delicious do service it was so fast. The waitress was 100% the new Owner she was very kind, very fine friendly and all the stuff was a very professionals. I recommend a displace. I think it’s the number one Ben in Florentine de Montreal for sure I will be there every week

My husband and I went to Ben & Florentine for breakfast on a Monday morning, and we had a great experience! Even though the place was a bit crowded, the service was impressively fast. Our server (I wish I remembered her name!) was incredibly sweet and friendly, which made our visit even better.

I ordered the vegetarian plate, and it was absolutely delicious — fresh and full of flavor. My husband got the Big Ben and loved it too. Everything was cooked perfectly, and the portions were just right.

We highly recommend this place and will definitely be coming back again!

Do not come here. Service was slow asf (not a lot of customers). They didn't take our order until 40 minutes of sitting. Atmosphere was boring. Terrible back ground music. And since we didn't like our service or food we tipped a little and she complained instead of being greatful

Too cold in the restaurant, asked to reduce air conditioning, 3 other clients that day also complained, they said they couldn't because otherwise, too hot in the kitchen for the staff. Not sure I'll go back. It's unfortunate as I've been going there for several years. Last time I went, was also very cold. On top of that, the bacon was overcooked, very hard, hurt my teeth. Had to return it. 😔

Staff was attentive and kind. Owner is amazing. She truly made sure that we were comfortable and well taken care of. Food was delicious. Has unique options that you won't find at other franchise breakfast places. What more can you ask for. Will definitely be back ♥️

I had such a great experience at Ben & Florentine under the new administration! You can really feel the positive changes, everything from the warm atmosphere to the quality of the food has leveled up.

The breakfast was fresh, delicious, and came out quickly. The menu has something for everyone, and the portions are generous without being over the top.

Shoutout to Tina for her amazing service! Super friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home.

Highly recommend stopping by if you haven’t been in a while, it’s definitely worth it!

Recently enjoyed a meal at Ben & Florentine on Thimens. The service was quick and friendly and the food was delicious. The new menu has nice options. Especially enjoyed the new specials featuring coconut sorbet!
