Lively place for a chat with friends. Ordered fish & chips: fair price $21 but very plain and overly fried. No tartar sauce (bottle of mayo was provided) or salad on the side.

I probably went 3 or 4 times, always was decent, but last time I was very disappointed. I tried a new plate, seafood tortelli… I had to go to McDonals after. Without exaggerating the plate had just 6 or 7 tortellies.

Good place but expensive, service is very good. Recommend.

I was so very disappointed with last night's supper. I've been going to this restaurant for some years and have been seeing its decline over time. Aside from the fact that there is hardly anyone in this restaurant (no matter which day or what time), the food and service are nothing to brag about. Last night, we ordered calamari, fries, Margherita pizza and Americano Pizza. The calamari was still cold (from frozen). Just thrown on the plate and for 17$, I was shocked to find all of 5 calamari rings.
The pizzas: paper thin and hard as a rock! We couldn't cut it even with the huge steak knife they serve it with! They add so much corn meal to the dough that it hardly looks or tastes like pizza dough!
I still feel nauseous from this disgusting meal!

I ate here the other day and I loved the food: salad, calamari, pizza, and pasta. All were great! Atmosphere was amazing too, with great music. Shout out to our waitress, Sandrine— wish I got to speak with her more! If she sees, this reach out!

Excellent service from Paula, very pleasant, happy and attentive. Food was fresh and good. Calamari entree was a bit on the poor side in portion for the price charged. Pizza was very tasty with plenty of tomato sauce. Chicken Parm was huge.

Warm, cozy atmosphere, food was to my taste. Place separated in two. For those who want to talk 🗣️ There is room and for those who want to be more intimate there is room too.

Good morning. I've been going to Italico for a while and have always had a good time. Last night I don't know what happened but the waitress and the person who greeted us at the door had an attitude. At the end of the evening we asked to split the bill somehow. She said one way and we corrected her by telling her how we wanted the bill split, repeating ourselves several times. Well, guess what, she did it her way, like she didn't listen to us. It's unfortunate, but this will most likely be our last visit to Italico.

The restaurant has a nice appearance, but the experience was very disappointing. The customer service was extremely poor—staff were unresponsive and unhelpful. Ordered spinach dip(4/5) and magarita pizza (2/5). Food was ok. To make matters worse, the food took an unreasonably long time to arrive. Overall, a frustrating experience, and I won’t be returning.
