Café Van Houtte

I love the coffee but that's not the reason I'm writing this, I have to say I had such an amazing experience by the lady who serving us. She is super nice to me and to my friend all the time. Thank you Jenny. At what time do you close ? 😂

Bare bones version of a Van Houtte. Did the trick--just needed a reg coffee and a place to sit. Very nice barista. Was unfortunately panhandled while inside the café. I understand people have a right to reach out for help, but I get it plenty enough on the street.

Cute and nice cafe with lots of charging ports. The manager is super sweet as well

The cashier hides it for a good hour then no service! This event happened on January 18, 2025 09:30. You can look at your cameras for supporting evidence, fortunately you are not being stolen during this time!

We just visited, amazing service, cleanliness, food presentation,. The owner had a big smile on her face. I had to congratulate her on the spot. Overall experience was 10 stars not 5

Shoutout to the employee who's there in the mornings on weekdays. She gives an incredible service to each customer and I hope she's getting paid accordingly. She is fast, knows her stuff, is polite, respectful, kind. She defenitly deserves a raise.

Update : Please note that the only considering way to let an employee know their work is appreciated is to give them a raise. They are the reason you make profit.

I've been here for several times and it's always a pleasure drinking their coffee. I tried the filtered coffee and iced vanilla latte and both are excellent.
Their triple chocolate muffin is pretty good as well, but not the best.
I love the atmosphere, it's quite and if you're looking for a cafe to chill and relax without noise, then this is the right place for you

I usually ordered peach matcha iced latté here for 2 years. Then, there're changement of employees. The new employee's attitude was not good at all. I ordered peach matcha latté but he did hot matcha latté instead. When I asked to make sure if it is cold matcha latté. He said it was my fault that I did not order correctly. In the end I got my matcha latté but it was not peach matcha latté even though I ordered twice to make sure that he got my order correctly. I am so disappointed

The employee was very polite and professional, and the food was great.The coffee shop is very clean, organized and nice decor. The music was good but not too loud, which allowed the customers to study/work with ease.We unfortunately had an incident with a client but the employee stayed calm, professional, and called 911 for help.Despite this incident, I had a great experience at this coffee shop and cannot wait to be back!
