Food was delicious and our guests from out of town we're very impressed. They didn't expect such fine dining in kosher cuisine. Good job Chiyoko team!

This is a very nice 11/10 restaurant with a great staff that are always on their feet 😇 The menu is extensive and the best part is that the chefs prepare the food in the corner so you know it’s all fresh 😇 We started off with the Chiyoko pops and Shishito Peppers and they were so good ❤️❤️ But what really mesmerizes you is the main course whether it’s Steak Frites or the Chiyoko Dragon 😍😍 My sushi literally came on fire and as they say presentation is everything and it was so worth it 🎉🎉 Each bite was a gourmet’s delight 🥰🥰 For dessert we had the crème brûlée! Cannot wait to come back with family and friends and try other items on the menu ❤️❤️ UPDATE: Went for New Year’s Eve and had a fantastic time eating various delicious dishes and the desserts were just as incredible ❤️❤️

Went there for my work Christmas party, the food was phenomenal. The sushi was just to die for. You taste the quality of their fish. Just delicious!!! I would definitely go back. The fish jalapeño caviar bites were my favorite! Shoutout to the owner & the workers for giving us a nice ambiance with amazing food & great service! Thank you!

One of my family's go to places when we go out for dinner. The food is delicious, quantities are great, and service with a smile that is relatively quick! My kids love it ! The only problem is that once you've tried the hamburger it's kind of hard to want anything else because it's amazing! I have tried most of the menu and can't complain about the taste and quality of the food! A must go to for any occasion.

Pros: Food quality was great, the sushi rolls we had were amazing quality and taste. If only the food was considered in the review, it would be a 5*. Cons: Very pricey, and 18% Tip has been charged on the card automatically without any consent or intervention from our part. Yes the service itself was good despite little pushy sometimes, but it is still illegal to charge tip without asking your customers first. Of course we would have gave at least this 18%, and probably even more considering the quality of food, BUT it was a major turn off when we got the bill and noticed the tip was taken for granted and already added (against the law) for they're own good. After going deeper in the reviews, we realize that this behaviour about "forced" tip has been going on for long time! Nobody never filled a complaint? Also there was no drinks/cocktails/beverages menu. You gotta ask what you'd like and hope they can figure something. They have wine and some liquors, but very limited. At this point, why no making the restaurant a BYOB? Because of these, review dropped to 3*. ** One last note, and this is not affecting our review. It is just a good to know. Since it was our first time at this place, we were very surprised that this is a very++ Jewish location. Staff seems to be all Jewish, as well of most customers. Out of about 12 gentlemen's in the restaurant including the staff, I was the only one along with the 2 sushi chefs who were not wearing the Kippa. At some point we almost felt like being in the wrong restaurant or a different world. And this observation is nothing against Jewish culture or anything, but if you're looking for a typical "Japanese" vibe restaurant with asian servers, this place isn't really the one.

Scam. Not only is the food overpriced, they charge you a tip without you knowing to your bill.

Prices are very expensive. In addition, they are not really a Japanese restaurant. They are strictly a Jewish restaurant that serves only Kosher food. Whatever food that is not Kosher (pork, oysters, crab, mussels, shrimp, lobster...etc), they serve artifical/mock versions of so that they keep it "Japanese"!

Ordered shrimp tempura, no shrimp at all. It was fake meat. The gyoza was served with peanut butter. Their website said they fly in fish from Japan fresh daily, no fresh fish was sighted. We also ordered vodka-soda and we were served tonic with no alcohol. We left our food and paid the bill in full then went to a different restaurant to have dinner.

The service and ambience were great. The beef teriyaki and garlic beef dishes were delicious. The ladies steak dish was unimpressive. Next time, I will try the sushi.

The ambiance is nice set up like a bistro. The staff are attentive and knowledgeable. The food was served hot and quickly. The food was presented beautifully and flavourful. Looking forward to our next visit.

Over all we had a wonderful experience. The food was delicious, the service was quick and courteous. The noise was not too much . Looking forward to going back soon.

We were a group of 8 and had an amazing experience! Every dish was packed with flavor and beautifully presented, with perfectly cooked steaks. The food arrived quickly, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and accommodating to a food allergy. Their pleasant demeanor made our visit even better. We're already planning our next outing there! :)

This kosher resto is one of the best in MTL. Wonderful service that comes along with delicious food. What tops it off is the deserts they serve - the apple dumplings are my favorite! Sided with vanilla ice cream. Really a must try! We love this place and the people who work there are fantastic! We will remain regulars.
