This dagwoods sucks bad. Don’t go. I had coupons for “signature sandwiches” and when i asked the girl at the counter she said they dont take coupons. I told her that the franchisee does not decide on coupons, the franchise decides on that. Then i ask to speak to the owner. As you can see from all the rude/unprofessional replies on the other reviews, the owner is a child. Either he’s clueless and does not know how to run a business or he’s just cheap. He starts yelling saying we dont take coupons goodbye. Don’t go here go read the other reviews and you’ll see for yourself why this place sucks

the staff rips you off. charged me the regular price on the daily special as well as an extra fee for standard toppings which was not indicated anywhere. when asking why the posted prices are not respected, was told that's just how it is. will not return.

I wish that I had read the reviews before going in. I, like George who wrote the previous review, have been a fan of Dagwoods for years.
I ordered the special of the day. The person behind the counter explained that they have a special recipe for the special of the day. I did not really understand. When I paid and picked up the sandwich, it had nothing on it.
The I understood that the sandwich of the day does not get any veggies.
They saved 15 cents, but lost a customer.
Ridiculous way to operate a business.

Never heard of only 1 ingredient on special of the day , lady at cash always has an attitude every time I come here or with friends.
The purported originality of Dagwoods in the city notwithstanding, my recurring visits to their establishment in the area have culminated in what I can only describe as an abhorrent dining ordeal. This lamentable experience stands unparalleled in my extensive history of restaurant patronage. From the unspeakably filthy floors to the grimy windows, the squalor extends unabated to every corner, including the restroom facilities and the food preparation area. The negligent disregard for basic cleanliness is truly appalling. Furthermore, the disdainful demeanor of the elderly proprietor leaves much to be desired in terms of customer service proficiency. A visit during the bustling lunch hour revealed a paltry staff of two individuals manning the counter, exacerbating the already dire situation. It is incomprehensible how such a repugnant establishment continues to operate unchecked. Are there no regulatory bodies tasked with ensuring the sanitary standards of food service establishments? How can we, in good conscience, subject unsuspecting patrons to the hazards posed by such deplorable conditions?One would expect that government agencies responsible for conducting regular inspections would swiftly shutter such an unsanitary establishment upon witnessing the deplorable conditions within. The continued operation of this facility in blatant defiance of health and safety regulations raises serious concerns regarding the efficacy of regulatory oversight. It is imperative that the relevant authorities take immediate action to safeguard public health and well-being by holding such negligent operators accountable for their flagrant disregard for basic hygiene standards.

This is the worst dagwoods ever! Went to order a sandwich and asked the girl who worked there what is in some of the sandwiches and she asked me to look at the menu she got annoyed that she had to tell me what's in there , was very rude not sure why she is working there! Owner said if I don't want the sandwich I can just leave. He doesn't respect clients it's the second time I go there and he's been rude . I will never go back and he lost many clients today . Customer service is key and respecting clients when they are buying from you . If you don't like your job or having a bad day you don't need to take it out on clients . I don't recommend this dagwoods ! Every other one I've been to is amazing .

Dagwoods hit's the spot when your looking for a quick fresh sub. All their restaurant's have the same good standards but to me this branch is the best simply because of the owner that is there almost all the time to make sure his restaurant run's like it should, also he's always friendly with clients.

Clean place and courteous and professional staff. Very good place for a good sandwich. Take the Dagwoods with the Dagwoods sauce. ? They also offer the sub of the day which allows you to save a few pennies. UPDATE: the dining room is now tidy, it's more pleasant to eat there. :-)

Refuses access to the toilets even to pregnant women, it’s ridiculous I had to buy a drink! And the brown paper dispenser in the girls' toilets broke!
Woman who makes the sandwiches was extremely rude to a point where I would have left except for the managers apology for her behaviour. I don’t think I will be going
