On December 22, 2024, my Domino's account was hacked. An order was placed for a 12" hand-tossed pizza with green peppers, green olives, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese at a location I do not frequent, as I live in Ontario. As a result, my earned points were stolen.

I have attempted to contact the head office but have not received any response. I am disappointed with Domino's at this time and with the individual who chose to steal the points I worked hard to earn.

To the person responsible: If you see this, I assume you have access to my email since you hacked my account. Be aware that the password has been changed, and it’s only a matter of time before your actions catch up with you. Remember, karma has a way of serving sometimes faster than you’d expect...

I hope this message reaches someone who can address this issue promptly.

I placed an order online, and upon delivery, the driver handed me the food and inappropriately asked about my race. When I responded, he remarked, "That makes sense, you people never tip" despite my intention to tip in cash. Such behavior is unacceptable, as there is no justification for a delivery driver to make disparaging comments about my background based on my decision not to tip online. I reported the incident to the store, but I am unsure if any action was taken.

This Domino’s location is either actively involved in or complacent in theft of pizzas and personal information. Many others have reported similar issues. Avoid this location at all costs!

I made two orders for my employees, one for 12PM then one for 12:30PM so that everyone eats hot. The delivery guy arrived at 12:15PM with all the pizzas. Very unpleasant delivery man who did nothing to resolve the situation, it was his boss who asked. Very disappointed to have ordered there.

I ordered 8 pizzas for a birthday party with delivery, after 45 mins i called them and they said that they need 45 mins to deliver the pizza, i went to pick it up and they let me wait 10 more minutes and no one accepted to help me to put it in my car

BE CAREFUL! Their delivery people are thieves!! I ordered a pizza via Uber, as soon as I received the delivery notification, I went straight down to pick up the order, but NOTHING was there. I searched everywhere and found nothing. Since the delivery man works with the merchant and not with Uber, I decided to contact them directly, and they tell me that the delivery man delivered the order by showing me a photo of delivery... I told them that I do not I didn't receive it, they told me ah you were robbed. I've been ordering from home for 5 years and have never been robbed. There are only old people in my neighborhood. Impossible that it was a theft because at the same second that I received the notification I went down to collect it. I go to the merchant to explain the situation to him, he doesn't provide any support, he tells me that I have to go through Uber. No commercial gesture, no compensation, nothing... It's their average-sized, overweight manager, not at all cooperative and is lowering Dominos' image under the pretext that he follows protocols. He didn't even know what a commercial gesture meant. I'm not the only one who has experienced this, their delivery people are thieves and they don't want to admit it. I contacted Uber but they refuse to refund. More than $25 gone down the drain.

Domino's Pizza on 844 Decarie Blvd, Saint-Laurent ... I am new in the area and I find the owner of this establishment very rude and not very nice, gives a bad name to Domino's .... I wanted to order 7-Large Pizzas for my grandson's birthday party at the nearby park. It was sunny and I couldn't view the app properly so I decided to enter the Domino's restaurant and place my order inside without the sun's glare ... The owner walks-in and asked me what I was doing there, I told him I was trying to place an order, he told me to go outside and do it, I explained that it was too sunny and couldn't see my phone screen, he told me to go across the street in the shade. He didn't say it nicely nor was he joking, he was very rude and serious.... I felt terrible and did not complete the order and left. Sadly, I went down the street and ordered from Pizza Hut. I'm saddened to know that these kinds of people exist in life and a Domino's franchise partner.
