If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. Terrible service and completely unprofessional. They promised 30 minutes, then it became 35, then another 15… and then they lied about it. After all that, they claimed they never even received the order. Nobody there seems to know what’s going on. What a disgraceful way to run a business

Horrible! I’m a student, and when I signed up with BMO, I was awarded one free pizza each month. When I went to apply my coupon code (which must be done online), I made a mistake twice and immediately called each time to cancel. They confirmed both cancellations, and I then successfully applied the code and picked up my pizza.
The next day, I noticed a charge. When I called to explain the situation, they told me to come in for a refund. However, when I arrived, they refused to refund me, saying it was my fault. I was extremely frustrated and angry—it was a complete waste of my time and money!
Worst delivery drivers of all dominos on the island. Order somewhere else, hell even use Uber eats or skip from another pizza place to be sure you won't get their in-house drivers

I got served by is ayoub. He a really nice and thoughtful guy that remembers my order. He always has a smile every time I got served by him. 10/10 highly recommend

Very Disappointing Experience
This is by far the worst Domino’s I’ve dealt with. I called to place an order, and instead of helping, the person on the phone told me they couldn’t process anything unless I came in person. On top of that, they refused to give me wings without sauce, which makes no sense.
The attitude was unprofessional and made me feel extremely uncomfortable—almost like I was being treated with suspicion for no reason. It’s unacceptable to speak to customers this way. This location does not represent the Domino’s brand well at all. I won’t be ordering from here again.

The worst customer service that I have had in my life. The manager is such as bad person, providing comments anti immigrants. They did not accept an error in their system when I went personally to change my pizza he started screaming and asked me to request a return in Uber eats. I don't recommend to buy online or order in person from this store. Very bad customer service, where customer is not respected at all, owner is very rude. Owner should take in consideration all the bad reviews of the manager of the store.
I had a disappointing experience with the delivery driver. He was not friendly at all — he didn’t greet us, didn’t return our greeting, and had a visibly annoyed and unfriendly expression the whole time. It felt like he was upset or even angry with us for no reason. I had already paid the delivery fee and also gave a small tip, but it was clear he was not pleased with that either. As a customer, I believe basic courtesy and a polite attitude should be expected. This kind of behavior made the experience uncomfortable the driver called Vladimir.

On December 22, 2024, my Domino's account was hacked. An order was placed for a 12" hand-tossed pizza with green peppers, green olives, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese at a location I do not frequent, as I live in Ontario. As a result, my earned points were stolen.
I have attempted to contact the head office but have not received any response. I am disappointed with Domino's at this time and with the individual who chose to steal the points I worked hard to earn.
To the person responsible: If you see this, I assume you have access to my email since you hacked my account. Be aware that the password has been changed, and it’s only a matter of time before your actions catch up with you. Remember, karma has a way of serving sometimes faster than you’d expect...
I hope this message reaches someone who can address this issue promptly.

I placed an order online, and upon delivery, the driver handed me the food and inappropriately asked about my race. When I responded, he remarked, "That makes sense, you people never tip" despite my intention to tip in cash. Such behavior is unacceptable, as there is no justification for a delivery driver to make disparaging comments about my background based on my decision not to tip online. I reported the incident to the store, but I am unsure if any action was taken.
