My experience has mostly been great, but the last two times were disappointing. The chicken lacked flavor, the drumsticks were undercooked and too greasy, and the fries were very few for a family chicken meal. On top of that, they seemed old and refried several times. I really hope the restaurant can bring back the same quality it used to have, because unfortunately, I won’t be trying it again. The staff are very friendly, but the food quality lately has not been good.

Wanted to see the buzz first-hand in the borough of St-Laurent. I ordered a trio that included chicken wings, side of fries and a Pepsi. The place is clean and welcoming. Dine-in left us comfortable and open with windows seeing the neighborhood. The food was exactly as you hope: fried chicken and 100% Halal Certified Meat! Munched on those fairly quickly with moving conversation with my friend. I can't wait to come back and try other options (they have so many)

This was my first visit to Fritou Chicken, and I tried the Special Extreme combo — 10 pieces of fried chicken with salad, fries, and a 2L soda. 🍗 The chicken was incredibly crispy, juicy, and flavorful — absolutely delicious! Portions were generous, and the menu has so many tempting options that make you want to come back for more. While the price is a bit higher than big franchises, can be better, the quality and halal preparation make it worth every bite. I’ll definitely be returning!

The man at the cahier is very mean and disrespectful he kicked us out before we even ordered and his reason was we are not clients he said clients are the people who order he really doesn’t make any sense I do not recommend this shop

The food is AMAZING. Honestly the best chicken in mtl very tasty fries are at the perfect point of crunch. Price is super worth it I find it so accessible. Service is incredible they really make sure to give a good experience

Good fried chicken, regular, spicy or extra spicy, chicken is crispy and freshly cooked so it's about 20 minutes if you pick it up, I'm a return customer I always pick up the 2-3 piece meal, the restaurant is clean, with normally plenty of sitting room.

I had the club sandwich here, the chicken was juicy and the sandwich prepared with great care. I was very impressed with the quality at such a good price.
The fries were also very nice, they tasted fresh, crunchy on the outside and soft in the inside.
