Kafta meat was greasy and tasteless, chicken Taook was ok (not more) there is ONE employee grilling, prepping, cashier … store did not give me the impression that it was clean, ventilation sucked all smoke stated inside. Menu pic here is from 5 yrs ago, showing kilo at $25 but it is now $42 (should be removed) … i wanted to try something new, but never again sorry .. i wish you the best, but some drastic change will be required if you want to survive.

It’s a very bad branch of Farahat and bad service I have ever seen as I paid cash to save the value of taxes but unfortunately I recognised that after coming home and when I called them they told me that they can’t do nothing as the invoice has been issued also I found out there was a missing item of rice and potatoes……………………………….before me you will be in trouble withe revenue Québec as you grant to me as a customer this offer if i will pay cashalso if you are serious you can share this video that showing me i got the missing plate but you will notIt was a very bad experience with this branch

Since the start of corona, the quality has changed a lot! Too much salt in the meat, especially filet mignon, not the real filet!! , fries almost burnt....The qualified staff has left...and, be careful when you ask for the trio not with the right liquor, the boss will charge you the full price of the other liquor, i.e. $3.50 instead of add only $1.50 on the $2 liquor of the trio. In addition, the boss will not serve you the liqueurs included in the trio. ...especially if you have a family, the bill goes up. Do bad service...and check your bill...the boss must take from her clientele a majority North African and from her staff also North Africans..Also..small parking lot always almost full!Restaurants need improvement, the quality of meals was previously seen and development of the service...given the ignorance and lack of experience of the new staff and the management of the new boss!

16$ for a lamb sandwich, and only three little pieces of dry lamb under the vegetables? You have to be kidding, this is theft! The rest of the skewers were completely dry and overcooked as well.I am not the type to write bad reviews. Trust me, if I do, there is a big problem. There are so many great grill alternatives, give your money to a restaurant that cares and respect its customers. I'm getting my money back through Uber and will never look back.Edit - Quick response to the beloved spokesperson:- There were 3 pieces in the sandwich, one was cut in half to make it look like 4. My ability to count is just as good as your ability to be cheap. 6$ per little piece of lamb...- 16$ was for the sandwich only. Whichever trio you speak of did not follow the sandwich in my order.- You could have apologized like an owner who cares for his business, but had to double down. I originally only rated the food, but will now rate the service and atmosphere as well. Shame on you.
