We usually like our experience there because they are quick and nice, but last night (12/05), we came at night and our order took a while to be done and the workers were standing there doing nothing… we thought it was because it wasn’t the usual workers we see when we come by, but the buns of our burger were cold. We didn’t even come 30 minutes before the store closes, yet it seems like they were ready to go home.
I’m not interested in filling my concern on your email whatsoever.

it states that Harvey's Late Night Deals are available after 8 PM. However, it seems this location does not honor the promotion. Apparently, the owner has decided not to participate, even though the deal is accepted at other Harvey's locations.
