slowest service EVER, 20 mins+ waiting before I left, all I ordered was 2 apple pies

Usually they're pretty decent and I go quite often. But lately, there's something off about the way their fries taste. I don't know if it's the latest shipment of frozen fries they received being spoiled or whatever but it's very noticeable and unappetizing.

Always mess up my order. Supposed to have gotten free nuggets (offer was spend $15 on the app for delivery and receive 10 free nuggets). Never got the nuggets. Had to give my burger to my kid and go without myself, as the nuggets were supposed to be for him.

Worst McDonald I ever visited this is the second time I didn’t get fresh food even fresh coffee everything was disguisting even they greet their customers with attitude I pay 31$ for worst food .

They stole a large fries from me. Ordered a meal with large fries among other this and as usual they couldn’t get it right. Only found out once at my destination.

We went last night to this location around 3 am or so. We went to the drive through and i told the lady up there 3-4 times that we have a coupon that says we can buy two trios for 18.68 plus tax and she kept saying i dont understand. At last somehow she understood what we were saying and then we said McChiken trios because that was what we could get with that coupon. We always go for junior chicken meal so we have never tried this combo before so we have no idea about this one. She then asks us to make crispy or simple so we said crispy. We went ti the counter she asked us to pay 31$. We gave her the money but we were confused as to how it got to 31 ? Surely it cant be 13 dollars or so in taxes?
So we asked her did she even scan the coupon and she kept giving very blank look and saying yeah yeah i did. We asked ber to give us the bill. We didn’t see the coupon used anywhere. So we asked her again. She just closed the window. Then some other guy came we explained him the same thing again. He didn’t understand either then we showed him coupon so he said he will check. He checked and all and then said the coupon is invalid because it was for McChicken not crispy. And we were really confused as to why that lady asked us about it in the first place if we already told her we wanted McChicken? And then we were politely asking that guy to please explain what went wrong. And he straight up said, “ do you want me to throw away you order and waste it?” That was very rude. We never asked to throw anything away. We were not arguing. We were just trying to understand where we went wrong or where they went wrong. And then we just got our order and left.

Tbh, we always went to this location everytime but we are not going to go back to this location. Because, the staff were very rude. They seriously need to get trained again or they seriously need some training on English because they didn’t understand us or what we spoke.
Worst experience ever!! Wouldn’t recommend anyone to go to this location.

Awful experience with the woman that works there, she was very rude.

manager is so disrespectful. she gives so much attitude and is always yelling.
we found hair in our food and they claimed that it wasn’t there’s. nothing is stopping a piece of hair to fall out of that net. this place is so unhygienic and dirty. it’s like the never clean or anything. manager stopping people from sitting in public places unless we pay for food. never come here they so disgusting and everyone is disrespectful

found a hair in my food,then me and my friends went to complain to the manager, she claimed it was impossible for it to be the workers hair. She literally gave us the dirtiest look at her grown age.She was incredibly rude to us when we were simply just advising her. She had a nasty attitude towards us and other kids and people in the mcdonald’s. This isn’t the first time we had an accident and complaint with her. Mcdonald’s should fire her with the way she even speaks to the clients.
