This has to be the best place in the province of Quebec for baked and ready to eat foods without dairy, not allergies, and many other health risk ingredients. This place is stringent in how the function to about cross contamination as well as not permitting any of these ingredient in the space.
Everything they make is exceptional from the authentic Parisian style baguettes, croissants ( to die for), pastries, breads and too many other baked goods to list. Their ready...

I'm so glad I found this boulangerie! I was down to the wire trying to find a place to make some simple, fresh cupcakes for a bridal shower on Saturday! ? I walked in on Thursday morning, spoke with a very understanding manager (I forget her name ?), and she agreed to get the cupcakes done for me by Saturday!!! Reasonably priced as well. Thanks a million!!!!
