The experience at Mucho Burrito was disappointing. The employees seemed unmotivated and gave the impression of doing the bare minimum to provide service. The reception lacked warmth and energy, which clearly impacted the overall atmosphere. The dishes were OK, but the service left something to be desired. Too bad, because better staff engagement could really improve the customer experience, in addition to an obvious lack of the French language because they barely spoke it...

I cannot comment on the food itself, but did experience exceptional service when Doordash failed to show up to retrieve the order.

Someone from the location called to let me know the driver had not shown up, then the manager called to refund the order; and offered a complimentary lunch should I ever be in the area.

This place has gone downhill. The prices have gone up and the portions have gotten smaller. They also charge extra now for every little thing. I didn’t want the beans or rice but wanted a little corn instead until they said it cost an extra .25 cents. Really!?? No thanks.

Let me explain why I gave one star.

I’m picky, no, very picky! So when it’s time to garnish the burrito, I barely add anything. Regardless of that, they made me feel like the ingredients were extremely rare. Ask for extra corn, the lady literally adds 6 pieces of corn… same thing with all the other ingredients, you have to ask more , more, more, and more. You end up paying 10$ of extra ingredients: not normal.

I’ll return again but not often.

I requested a fork included in my order but they didn’t send it, and now I can’t eat my food!

They catered my daughter’s 30th bday for 60 people. Food was delicious, they came on time, set up everything, and Bill was super easy to deal with answering all my questions especially regarding allergies.

The blond guy at the counter was super rude. The place was empty and they were struggling to keep up with 3 people ordering at the same time.

Its a 100 stars for me. Been going there for years. The owners are generous with their portions and place is clean , food is fresh. Totally Recommend.

Order online, first of all there was a glitch with the site and I was over charged when I went to pick up the food I told the woman at the cash and she said she couldnt do anything because the payment goes directly to head office! Secondly dont beleive the menu there is no grilled pineapple salsa it is canned pineapple, no grilled corn it is canned corn! Service was slow even though I ordered for pick up I still had to wait. Scratching this place off my list AND they did not give me the money they over charged me back!
