Useless staff , does not know how to talk .. ….
Currently at this restaurant. Took 10 minutes to get a menu as one waitress saw me and she never came to see me. I had to get up and asked for service. Then another waitress finally came and I told her about the wait and lack of service. No apology, nothing. Her only reply was ''well I'm here now''. I get my meal by another waitress and realized my glass of water was not there as per my order. I get up once more and ask for the glass of water. I go there at least once a week (twice in the last few days) I will now reconsider going to that branch. I never write reviews but I felt this time I had to. I am very disappointed.

I stopped by Nickels Deli recently and overall had a decent experience. The menu is wide-ranging and has a nice mix of breakfast, sandwiches, and comfort food—so it’s a good spot when you want something familiar. The smoked meat sandwich I ordered was flavorful and generously portioned;

Very bad experience in this restaurant. The service was disorganized and unprofessional. Hygiene leaves something to be desired: the water served was dirty, and the place did not seem well maintained. I don't recommend at all

Mice everywhere around you while you're eating!
THIS PLACE HAS MICE! My mom and I were just there about 20 minutes ago and we ordered then saw a mouse scurry across the floor. Waitress did not look surprised when we told her. Avoid! Luckily we hadn’t eaten yet but did drink our soda. Been feeling nauseous since leaving 🤮

I ordered a chicken skewer and I received a shrimp skewer “I don’t eat that” and I had a salad without any dressing and no receipt!!! PRETTY ORDINARY 😡
