Terrible, very disappointed, lousy garlic bread, ravioli with rosé sauce only tastes like garlic, pizza not good either!

If you any kind of food allergies or intolerances whatsoever, don't expect Ottavio to care.
We ordered from Ottavio twice in the last 2-3 months:
The first time, we ordered a pizza that was supposed to be dairy and egg free (we ordered the Vegan Sicilian) - but instead received a pizza with meat and regular dairy cheese. My spouse ended up getting pretty sick due to their mistake.
The second time around, we figured we'd give them a second chance - they somehow still managed to mess up 2 of the three pizzas we ordered:
Pizza #1 was a vegan napolitana - we received yet another pizza with real cheese but thankfully noticed it before eating any.
Pizza #2 was asked to be without olives and without hot peppers - both of which were much included on the pizza.
TLDR: we won't be ordering from here ever again as visibly someone illiterate is receiving and putting in the order for the kitchen - out of 5 pizzas, they've only got 2 right. Impressive.
So whether you care about how your order is prepared, or whether you have allergies or intolerances, stay clear - they don't seem to care or understand how important this is.
Vegetarian options: Don't bother trying vegan options - they're gonna send you meat and cheese instead.
Dietary restrictions: They won't respect them properly - I recommend ordering elsewhere.

Phenomenal experience !!! Incredible food blending authentic Italian flavors with a modern touch – the thin-crust pizzas are unmatched. The staff is welcoming and attentive, and the cozy ambiance makes it unforgettable. Huge thanks to Alex and his team for an amazing evening. Highly recommend Ottavio for an exceptional bring-your-own-wine Italian restaurant!

Large menu with huge amount of options for celiac, gluten free and vegan (with their own specific menus). Everything we had was great, service was efficient and the lunch menu is surprisingly affordable. Great choice for lunch, celiac and/or vegan Italian food.
Vegetarian options: Lots of vegan and vegetarian options.
Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu.

High prices for what it is!! Overcooked squid, bland chicken parmigiana...
There are much better Italian restaurants, don't waste your money! 😉

Excellent service! As a celiac I felt very safe eating there! They even got me a gluten free bread before my main course. I had the Americana Pizza! It was delicious!

Bad food, overpriced.
At Otavio, we are never disappointed.
This "family" restaurant offers a menu for everyone, including and especially for "gluten-free".
Everything is good! From pizzas to mussels, veal shank and salmon tartare.
We come, we come back, and we are happy there.
