Former review:
Loooove the Samadiyé and this other pastry.. forgot the name of it but its in a big phyllo triangular wrapper with some type of white thick cream and pistachios
I usually come here early morning for coffee and a little dessert. The ladies never smile. Every time it’s me who say Bonjour, good morning or thank you. They never greet or answer. It’s not very pleasant to have my morning coffee with a grumpy face. Too bad for the service. Because they have great pastries and the place is very clean.
Stopped by to get some sweets purchased a couple pieces of Knèfe and some baklava style pastries. The service was efficient and friendly. The Knèfe and pastries were delicious. Well priced and worth a return trip.
Visited on 16 april, Knefeh (take out) was - and to be kind - garbage.
I called to inquire, if they gave me achta instead of cheese, they said no it's cheese. The top was a weird bright color, the inside tasted like some weird ricotta, and, it was cold.
The peculiar part is, the lady at the cash, didn't present it to me but kept it at a distance, until i paid. Which in retrospect felt odd.
She admitted over the phone that they also found the quality odd. yet, she sold it to me.
Very disappointing. Staff quality dwindled a great deal.
Always delicious and fresh! Great service too. Highly recommended in Ville Saint Laurent
If I could give negative stars, I would. We ordered pastries for an occasion, including two large knafe plates: one with Achta, which was decent, and one with cheese that was absolutely vile with a sour, spoiled taste. Everyone spat it out. This isn’t our first order with them; it’s usually good. When we called to complain about this inedible mess, they told us to bring it back the next day and keep it in the fridge. So I did, only to be told there'd be no refund because it was the next day. They offered just 1 kg as compensation, even though we had 3.5 kg of ruined knafe. I demanded a refund because I’m not planning another event, but they refused, suggesting free kilo next time. The audacity, selling spoiled cheese that could make people sick. This will be the last time I and many of my friends will order from them. This man doesn't know how to keep a customer, losing them over 3.5 kg of knafeh. Impressive business skills!
very good service ✨✨✨
Spectacular. Got a box of mixed baklava as a gift and they are the freshest, most delicious and buttery baklava I've ever had. WOW. Too bad I have to share.
Divine deliciousness 😋
