Petinos Ville Saint-Laurent

It’s not the first Petinos i’ve been to, but this one was slightly better than the others i’ve been to. Food was made with more love I guess because it definitely tasted better.
Place is nice and clean, and we had good service from our waiter. He wasn’t as attentive as some others, could be because they were busy closing, but was still very polite.

The service is nothing special. A few seats available around 13h00 during a Monday. Breakfast was ok.

As we began eating, I quickly noticed a strand of hair in my food, which was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. Unfortunately, I also saw hair in other people’s dishes, suggesting that this was not an isolated incident but rather an ongoing issue with the restaurant’s cleanliness. In addition to that, the food itself was disappointing, the freshness was questionable and the meal had already become cold by the time it was served. The service was also lacking; the waitress rarely came to check on our table or ask if we needed anything, which made the experience feel neglected. Overall, the atmosphere of the restaurant was quite ordinary and failed to compensate for the poor food quality and service.

Long wait when there is no one.

Food is very good. We had avocado Benedict, American shared plate and half waffle with banana and peanut butter sauce. All are amazing. A bit pricey, it’s a nice treat myself on the weekend.
