The girl on cash she has a very bad customer service. My mom is handicapped she wanted to use the washroom but the employee she didn’t allow her. She wanted me to wait in line and order something to let my mom use the washroom. And she didn’t open the door until I ordered, and my mom is very sick and she was waiting on the washroom door till the line ended and I ordered. BTW I order something and I didn’t take it but I just ordered so my mom can use the toilet.

Felt quite expensive compared to MCD, BK,A&W..decent service still could have been better.Decent atmosphere. If some of the items in a combo are not available then they should replace it with another item or reduce the prize at least.

I don't know if they were having a bad day in the system, but the entire staff looked pretty mixed up. They asked me 3 times what I was waiting for and another customer was told it was going to take 10 minutes for their order. 20 minutes later he was still waiting. In terms of quality, we'll come back...my tender sticks (I didn't feel like eating chicken bones this lunch) were soft, I expected them to be crispy. The fries were okay.

The best kfc I’ve been in for awhile while other kfcs manage to forget my fries or chicken popcorn this one never failed me. I’d recommend going during lunch hour I’ve never been here at a different time

Dont go here!! Food came out terrible and was told they won't remake it! I didn't even ask for a refund just for food to be remade cause I eat kfc all the time and its never been this bad. They need a new manager ASAP go to the Concordia location its better. This happened today at lunch I threw it all in the trash
It's at least 30min wait if you walk-in for take out. So i ordered online for pick up at a certain time (made the order 3 hours ahead). But I still have to wait another 30min. So what is the point make a order to pick up a certain time. 5-10min wait ok but not more than that!. It's a fast food, i probably get serve faster at a restaurant and probably still pay cheaper. also if i didnt check my order, i would have miss half of my order. they forgot to give me my second baril of 10pcs.

Terrible Customer service, served me cold sandwich, when ask to change it. The manager (indian guy) accused me being a liar. Who made him manager.. (very unprofessional). When ask manager his name, he refused to tell. His assistant couldn't even speak English but he is still serving customer. Well, Never ever coming back again.
