The bubble tea is fairly cheap at 6$ each, but it's not that great. The tapioca was a little hard and I didn't get what I wanted (brown sugar milk). However, it's not the worst. I didn't try their savory dishes, but I would be interested in coming back for them as they aren't very pricey (8$ for a banh mi).

Overcharged me. The front desk lady gave me the POS machine with 15% tips on top of the original receipt, and I didn’t know (thought it was the price without tip included) so added another 15% tip. Mind you I was eating alone and not with a big group. Ended up paying 30% tips and only realized long after leaving the restaurant. A dishonest restaurant won’t last long.

I placed an order over the phone asking for two special soups and shrimp rolls. Although the person on the phone seemed to have difficulty understanding French, she nevertheless confirmed my order. However, upon arriving home, I found that the soups were different from what I had requested (spicy broth and different meats and noodles). The shrimp rolls were present, but not fresh at all: the shrimp tasted stronger than usual and the lettuce was partially yellow. Additionally, a fishy taste was present throughout the meal which did not seem normal. In the future, we will continue to order from Pho Mymy on Acadia, as we have never had any bad experiences there. It's a real shame because almost everything went in the trash.

The worst service! My family and I ( imagine with the kids) had a dinner at this restaurant on a Saturday night. When we came in at around 8pm-ish the resto's almost full packed of people and staff starting to prepare the stage with music (seems that they will be having a party). As soon as we started to received our orders, more people coming in! We are in the middle of our meal when the service crew told us that we have to hurry because the place was reserved for the party!
In the first place, NO ONE TOLD US THAT THE PLACE was already reserved on a specific time! They should have informed us before we sat down and order!
We were not able to take our time and savor the food served! We asked for containers to pack the food instead!!! People attending the party were waiting for our table and lights were turned off while at the middle of packing our foods! Wow!!!!
We will definitely not recommend this resto! Very rude and disrespectful!
Next time, try to see if you can accomodate customers and inform them ahead of time!

Worst experience . We dine in with my family and its our first time . They have not told us from the beginning upon getting our orders that they are having a party. Imagine in the middle of our dinner we were told that we need to rush. Like what the f??? So instead of enjoying our food we need to take it out in a hurry because the visitor is already in our table the waiter keep getting already the plates and lights are off and replace with their party lights!!!! Never again!
