Ordered from uber eats and hot food was delicious (Shoey’s breakfast bagel with perfect runny yolk) and yogurt with fruit and granola was healthy, crunchy, sweet and tart, perfectly balanced and huge!

This is a humble request if you’re going to charge the prices you do, please make sure the food and service actually live up to it.

I’ve been coming here regularly because it’s close to my work, and honestly, I used to like the food. But the past couple of months? Everything’s gone downhill. The portions are smaller, the taste isn’t the same, and the service has been disappointing.

Today was the worst so far. I walked in wearing my work clothes and it honestly felt like I wasn’t welcome. No greeting, no acknowledgment nothing. I don’t know if it’s how I looked or what, but the vibe was off, and I felt completely ignored.

Also, if you’re charging $6 for a matcha latte, please use good quality matcha. What I got tasted watered down and not even close to what I paid for.

And I gotta say—after seeing all the amazing reviews online, what I experienced today didn’t match up at all. It felt fake. Like those reviews were written for a totally different place.

Yes, your cafe looks nice and cozy, but at the end of the day, looks don’t matter if the food and service aren’t there. I’m saying this with respect, but also with honesty. People want to support you but give us a real reason to.

I have the Shoey Bagel and it was good. Service was good also and the waitress was knowledgable. The place is nice, different decor than the other places with makes the experience more enjoyable i find.

Beautiful decor and athmosphere. Servers are always very enthausiastic and warm. It can be a bit loud though when it's lunch time because it gets full very fast. Food is amazing. I loved my avocado toast but might prefer the honey balsamic glaze on the side next time because it was very overpowering.

Great staff and the food is well presented and good quality.its so popular that is is packed, leading to such a high noise level... that everyone gets louder and louder

Took the server 30 minutes to come serve us , after ordering she never came back and litteraly spoke to us with a death poker face .

Been here several times over the last 2 years. Always enjoyed the great service, lovely setting & delicious food. Vegetarian friendly options. Highly recommend the shakshouka.

Highly Recommended, Staff is very hospitable, Ambiance is great, The food is delicious, Only recommendation, There should be halal menu inclusion as well. Without bacon or pork etc.

We went for breakfast today, and the service was terrible. From the start, the hostess was very unwelcoming. The server we were assigned was plain rude and didn't bother hiding his disdain towards us. While i understand people are human and may have off days, this behavior was simply non excusable given we haven't done anything to warrant his rudeness. For a place that is selling an ambiance rather than quality food, i was shocked at how unfriendly the staff were. This whole experience made us feel unwelcomed and like we were a bother just by being there.

I always enjoy going to Pigeon Cafe on Cote Vertu, decor is exceptional, owners and staff very nice and professional, lovely restaurant!

Walked in and it smelt burnt… got two coffees for my friend and I. We both got very sick after. I’m hoping it was just a bad day but I am not impressed.
