The place is large and ceilings are high so it creates a lot of noise. The service was slow but very polite and pleasant. The food was okay. Decent. The tea was served cold so a big let down.

High ceiling so it makes the restaurant noisy. Service was decent but a bit slow. Tea was cold when delivered. Why restaurants can’t use boiling water to make tea & instead use lukewarm water for making tea.

Let me be clear, the food is great, usually is, when they miss, its always the staff.
And that also carries over to the dining room.
We went there, 3 tables use, we sat down quickly, but 19 minutes in, not even a coffee. Just the waitress dancing away at the kitchen counter.
Service sucks in and out, food Is great.
It's a gamble because the staff doesn't seem to care.
