Absolutely awful experience. The pizza came out undercooked — doughy in the middle, soggy crust, and cheese barely melted. It felt like they rushed it out of the oven without even checking if it was edible. The toppings slid right off, and the whole thing tasted raw. For a place that calls itself “Pizza Pizza,” you’d expect at least the basics done right, but this was just disappointing. Definitely not worth the money, and I won’t be ordering again.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. I ordered a pizza from Pizza Pizza and what I received was barely even cooked. The dough was raw in the center—completely inedible. It was like biting into wet, chewy flour. Disgusting. Not only is this a huge letdown for anyone expecting a proper meal, but it's also a health risk. Undercooked dough can make people sick. How this even made it out of the kitchen is beyond me. Clearly, there’s zero quality control happening. If the staff doesn’t start taking food preparation seriously, I can’t see this place keeping customers for long. This is basic stuff—cook the pizza properly. I won’t be ordering again unless I hear things have drastically improved.

This used to be my go-to Pizza Pizza, but the people they’ve been hiring lately are honestly questionable. The men have full beards and arm hair but don’t wear any protective gear. I even saw one of the workers use a knife to push down garbage, then put the knife back on the counter—and later use it on the food

I had a really upsetting experience at this Pizza Pizza location. I was sitting and eating my pizza when a homeless woman came and started bothering me. I politely asked one of the employees to ask her to leave, but they ignored it and did nothing. A few minutes later, the same woman came back and snatched my pizza right out of my hands and walked away.
What shocked me most was that none of the staff said or did anything—no apology, no help, no action at all. I didn’t feel safe or respected as a customer. This was very disappointing and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this seriously and trains their staff to handle these situations better in the future.
