Plaza Volare

Plaza Volare made our wedding day absolutely seamless. The team and coordinators truly know what they’re doing — all we had to do was trust the process, and everything turned out even better than we imagined. Highly recommend!

We had reception for a Hindu and Italian wedding on 24 Aug-25 Fantastic food, very clean in bathrooms, clean carpet plus color is beautiful the only disappointment was as it got very cold after eating buffet style in room with tables where the wedding party was.it felt like a refrigerator we were not to happy plus bathroom were in basement kinda far....it had no wheel chair access for people in wheel chair for bathroom a big disappointment

We had an amazing experience, Karina was fantastic, she and the staff went beyond our expectations, the food was outstanding, all our guests keep telling only great things, from the food being on point, to the constant checking in on our guests to make sure they are satisfied with the food or drinks or if they needed anything.. I highly recommend plaza volare, for any and all your party events... thank you for making our special day so much better then we ever expected...

We got married here in June, and we're still on a high from the amazing experience we had from start to finish. When we first met Karina, we knew right away that this was the wedding venue for us. She was so caring, thoughtful, attentive and genuinely helpful—she truly listened to us, which is rare to find nowadays.
I'll never forget telling her about our vision (which was very peculiar), and Karina assured us she would make it happen... and she, along with Peggy, exceeded our expectations.

First and foremost, I think it's incredibly important to know that when selecting a venue, the most crucial thing is having a team that will truly be there for you on the most special day of your life—and Peggy and Karina absolutely delivered. They always replied to emails promptly and were consistently there to help, even during the most stressful times. They guided us every step of the way and genuinely wanted the best for us. Having that kind of support system during such a crucial time was truly amazing.

As the big day approached, Peggy and Karina were completely on top of everything. I could go on and on about these two wonderful ladies, and I would honestly do it all over again just because of them. Their organizational skills, management, coordination, and everything else related to the day-of were impeccable. They truly made our dreams come true.

As for everything else—the food, the staff, the venue—I have nothing but incredible things to say, and so did all of our guests. Everyone raved about the food, said it was the best wedding they had ever attended, and were in awe of the aesthetics of the hall. I must repeat again that the food is AMAZING. In the days leading up to the wedding, and even afterward, the entire team at Plaza Volare was there for us.

If you want to be taken care of and have the wedding of your dreams, this is most certainly the place for you. Our families can’t thank Karina, Peggy, and the entire team enough for making it the wedding we always dreamt of.

We received so many compliments from our guests — they especially loved the midnight table burgers (people are still talking about them!). I’ve been to Plaza Volare twice recently – once for a bridal shower and again for a wedding – and both experiences were absolutely amazing! The space is stunning, and the staff goes above and beyond. At the wedding, they seamlessly accommodated last-minute weather changes without missing a beat, which really shows how professional and well-organized they are. The food was delicious, the service was attentive, and everything ran so smoothly 🤩

We had our wedding at Plaza Volare and the experience was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The service was exceptional every step of the way. Peggy, our coordinator, was the sweetest, always present, attentive, and incredibly quick to answer any questions we had during the planning process. She made everything feel smooth and stress-free.

The food was incredible, delicious, beautifully presented, and a huge hit with our guests. Everyone was talking about it afterwards!

The staff during the evening was also great professional, friendly, and provided excellent service throughout the night. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better wedding day.

Special Events call for special venues. Often have I attended events at plaza volare from fund raisers to weddings but I must admit that my last event was remarkable. Although I was expecting to have a good time, I was impressed from the saxophonist during the international buffet blending a variety of south American tunes to contemporary jazz driving the mood to dance even before the bride and groom ever entered the hall. I always expect the food to be good, but the mixture of food selected that evening along with the music and drinks flooded the evening with much more than could be expected. Time did fly- by dancing the night away, including the surprise shots by lovely hostesses on the dance floor and non stop music forbitting us to stop and leave the dance floor. But I had to pause for the sweet table because I could not resist the temptation of the fine foods awaiting to delight our palette before the final touch to winding down the event. All this to say. that from the dozen or so times that I have attended events at Plaza Volare, this was truly one to remember. We had a fantastic time maybe because of the event planners, maybe because of the music, maybe because of the venue or maybe because of the bridal couple, or maybe all the above. but yes Plaza Volare is ideal for hosting great events. thumbs up!
