I've tried giving this place multiple chances, but it keeps letting me down. Today was the last straw. I ordered a chai latte, and once again—it was completely flavorless. No spice, no warmth, just hot, bland milk. It's honestly the worst chai I've had, and unfortunately, it's not the first time. If you're looking for something with actual taste or care put into it, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
