Quality in free fall since the acquisition of this banner by the Metro supermarkets...we arrive at the second basement. If you buy your baked goods there, your guests will be disappointed.

Premiere Moisson Bois-Franc is a fantastic bakery that consistently impresses with its great coffee and a variety of quick bites, perfect for those on the go. The selection of breads, including organic options, is outstanding and always fresh. Their cakes and pies are a delight as well, with flavors that appeal to the whole family. It's a go-to spot for anyone looking for top-quality baked goods and a cozy ambiance in Bois-Franc. Whether you're after a quick coffee, a delicious pastry, or some of the best bread in the area, Premiere Moisson Bois-Franc delivers on all fronts.

There were 2 employees to serve about 30 customers. 15 minute wait to buy a loaf of bread.

I used to buy at last 300 a week of cookies, cakes, chocolate and foils gras… 1000$ month easily. I have 3 small kids to care around. I always go when I pick up my kids. I don’t plan to bring any reused bag. I have hundreds of reusable bags at home. I feel bag buy one every time I go buy something without planing to bring old reusable bag. I rarely ask for a little paper bag to hold bread cost them 0.02$ to carry plenty of small cookies and articles over 90$. Third time , I asked and they always a no. So I return all littles items that cost hundreds. I’m not sad but my kids are. I told them I have hundreds and I don’t want to buy 2-4 $ reusable bag. It’s not about money but I don’t have space for more. But, how ridiculous service. A few of them know how to serve. A lot of them, need to be trained for better service. I rarely want to review badly any business. This one upset me for a small paper bag that cost them nothing.

Staff needs a big dose of customer empathy. When you ask someone behind the counter for something and they tell someone else behind the counter to service you, nice.
