Restaurant Amir

Yeah… maybe they had an off day. Or they wanted me out quickly. I ordered two sandwiches (one of them was a trio) the guy behind the counter hands me a cold one, and when he learned there were two, he just took one off the counter that was meant for another pick up. The two sandwiches were clearly different but nobody cared. They used to have more caring staff. I just felt disrespected. If you pay 35$ for lunch, I think that entitles me to get what I ordered prepared fresh, instead of trying to get rid of me at all costs.

We drove 25 min to get food and the store close at 10 . We arrive at 9:30 and the staff said we are closed and can’t serve food . Time should be respected if you guys close at 9:30 then mention it . It’s a chain restaurant how come they don’t care about the most top point of business that matter .

The lady serving me was very efficient, polite and when i asked her if everything is fresh, instead of getting upset, with a smile on her face, she told me to try and see, and the verdict is in, whole menu is fresh and succulent, highly recommend, its affordable :)

This coffee shop offers a wonderful setting and very efficient service, making it a great spot for a coffee break. They just need to pay closer attention to the kitchen preparation to ensure all ingredients, like the rice in the habanero wraps, are cooked correctly.

Amir is loosing his reputation day after day , poor quantity and very expensive, original shawarma restaurant is way better they put shawarma quantity double than Amir , and the price is cheaper

Won’t be going back, especially to this location.

Overall quality has really gone down at Amir, in my opinion. Not just the cleanliness of the store, but food quality as well.

Especially at this location, every time I walk in, I feel as if I’m bothering them or interrupting something when I order.

This last time, I walk in…. Nobody at the counter. Wait a few minutes, and say “hello” as I could hear someone in the back. I ask if they are open and if I could order something, and he tells me he’s busy. That I have to wait a few minutes.

Normally I wouldn’t care, because I understand restaurants can be demanding. But this was the last nail in the coffin for Amir.

So many other great restaurants to choose from!

Good food and portion sizes.

Disappointing. The falafel was very dry. The toppings and bread were pretty underwhelming too.
