Terrible experience. I ordered Cantonese noodles from this restaurant through Uber Eats, and they didn’t mention that there was pork in the dish. I have a severe allergy and almost had a reaction, it was a traumatizing experience. Restaurants need to clearly list all ingredients, especially when it comes to common allergens like pork. Extremely disappointed and won’t be ordering from here again. If you have dietary restrictions or allergies, be very cautious!

It was just Ok. Absolutely not the best General Tao in town. Hot & Spicy and Shing Kee in the West Island have better General Tao if you’re trying to find a really good GT. My wife didn’t likeKam do at all. My kids thought it was ok not great especially my son who loves shing kee which used to be Mr. spicy and Hot& Spicy before they moved from downtown to become Mr. spicy before shing kee. Too bad I was hoping the general taue would be as good as other reviewers were saying. But it was just ok. they don’t have an alcohol license and you cannot bring your own. No wheelchair, accessibility, and a little difficult for me with my cane because of the large step at the etrance

over price forthe quality you get. Atmosphere is so and so
Example a ver ysmall bowl of wong ton soup with 3 wong tong is $5.75 This was the first there and the last, Waiter was not ''aceuillant'' and strong suggestion to leave a tip. Better places to eat.

Authenticity within everyone's reach.
Typical dishes and tastes of China in Montreal.
Another dish also more popular with North Americans. :)

The place is simple looking, nothing fancy, but the food and service was excellent. Fresh, crispy, and good amount of sauce for flavor. We had crispy spinach, tempura shrimp, general tao chicken, fried rice, crispy beef and it was all good and fresh. Very good value. There is parking around the area but you may need to look for it. We will return here.

I went there today, I have been going there for years but today I wasn’t happy. I ordered food and it was delicious. When it was time to pay for my food the cashier took my money and didn’t give me back my chance. I had to ask for it back. If you don’t say anything they will take your money especially if you are sitting down. This is the last time that I will come to this restaurant. It’s very sad! Hope know one else gets treated like this! ??♀️
The cashier that did this to me was wearing a hat and glasses and a peaches reddish shirt on!

Tied with Mon Nan in terms of serving the best general tao chicken in Montreal (with Kam Do’s general tao chicken being a little bit better);
The chefs cook fast (without compromising on the quality of the food) and the service is great;
Some room for improvement for the atmosphere of the restaurant. Dine in is an option but they have limited seats (the restaurant is more of a take out spot).
Great overall!
