2024 January 4.5★On the outskirts of Montreal, you should definitely stop by if you're in the area. Though there isn't much around, this half seafood store and restaurant serves crispy seafood.Captain Meal $44.99Shrimp, calamari, fish fillet, whiting fish (the smaller ones), rice, salad and fries.The batter is light and crispy, just perfect right out of the kitchen. I would suggest eating inside versus takeout. The flavors are just perfect and not salty. You can really appreciate the seafood. The calamari was perfect. But rubbery at all. Normally don't eat it, but the whiting fish was very good. Honestly, nothing tasted bad at all. Even the fried rice with veggies were good and fluffy. The salad was tangy and tart and really compliments the fried food. Fries were crispy. Everything was a crowd pleaser.Great food for a decent price. Would recommend and come again.Free parking around the neighborhood.
