The barista that served me did not even provide me with a receipt after my purchase. When asking for a receipt they said they threw it in the garbage and refused to provide me with a second copy. According to Quebec law TAA and ARQST this is illegal and I will be filing a complaint as well. Especially since I was not even asked if I want a copy of my receipt. Please train your staff on legal laws in Quebec and proper ways of serving paying customers.

This is the second time I buy from this cafe and it's the last time, I bought a croissant which was probably from the day before, and today I bought a tuna sandwich at 8am and it's not fresh at all, I don't understand why you're selling yesterday's produce, for the price I paid I got a very soft sandwich and a small quantity of tuna and a leaf of lettuce mole

Very dirty, the washroom was full of flys, also the tables and chairs were not clean. This place isn’t up to standards.

1st time she made a change to our order without notifying us.
2nd time She made a mistake with my order and she never returned the rest of my money after correcting the order.
