Second cup is my favourite café and the location of this branch is very good, but it is always cold because they have 2 doors and they keep them both open for access which create air circulation, they should keep only one open for access, it will be warm, they will save energy and cost as well :)
Was very nice to be honest, for a Sunday afternoon. I arrived here there was a guy working by himself. He was very hygienic, and very fast. However, once he finished his shift there were 2 girls who took over, very unprofessional ZERO food safety and hygiene practices. No hairnets, no gloves. I get they’re both teenagers and they’re sitting down at one of the tables studying nothing wrong with that, but come on, few customers sat on the same table without having wiped down...
I usually go to the one on Marcel Laurin since it's close to my place, but honestly, they're not the best. My drink, which is suppose to have a thick, slushy consistency, is ALWAYS super liquid. I've already asked twice to make it like it should be (like any other second cup), but it's never done the right way. Also, my friend once ordered an almond/date drink and it tasted nothing but almost water, and last time, my other friend ordered a regular coffee and...
