Disappointing Experience – Unprofessional Staff talking each other. I wasted 15 mins waiting for a simple coffee

Girls are not respectful. When we mention the plate is dirty She looked at us and laughed big and just straight up insulting…
Order is mixed up, and when we mentioned it there was no understanding .
They have to be polite at least! Mistakes are made and it’s not their fault, but when we point it out there’s no need to be snarky towards the customer.

The staff really knows how to deliver the service

There's something about coming here in the morning and at night that makes it special. It's a nice place to have some good conversations with friends and just hang out in general.

Special Thanks to Chris and Patrick and Beloti and Anna and Gabriel and Ranya(sorry don't know how to write the names) and Adriana of course ...I don't know if I'm missing people but thanks to the whole team. Place Vertu Starbucks is like home, you guys are the best.

Really long wait almost 30 minutes for a coffee and a sandwich

Thank you Starbucks Cote Vertu for being our home away from home. Thank you for helping with my French and speaking English with me and re-doing one drink. I was there 3 days in a row and enjoyed the experience. Dining in was my favourite, comfortable sofa's. I will come again on my next trip.

Vegetarian options: They have a great menu to start none animal products that are vegetarian.

Dietary restrictions: Anyone who has dietary restrictions, there is something for everyone.

Parking: Great parking lot. Come as you are or do a quick stop outside if you ordered on mobile.
