The worst subway in saint laurent, no wonder all the subways are closing down. We ordered chicken which was days old and the lady that was taking our order was not even listening. Extremely disappointed, the service and food are terrible. It used to be a really good place but as only gone down and horrible.

Hands down one of the worst Subway experiences I’ve ever had. I ordered a simple Italian 6-inch, and the employee moved at a snail’s pace. Before even touching my sandwich, she decided to stop and make a personal phone call. When she finally bothered to cut the bread, she did it painfully slow.
Then, instead of finishing my order, she decided an Uber order was more important. She literally left my half-done sandwich sitting there while she worked on two other ones, adding another 5 minutes of pointless waiting. When I finally got to the cashier ready to pay, she once again ignored me to go back and finish the Uber order’s toppings.
I was the ONLY customer in the store, and still somehow treated like an afterthought. Absolutely unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. If you value your time or even basic customer service, avoid this location.
