Absolutely terrible experience—twice now. I mobile ordered from this Subway location on Henri Bourassa Blvd W (Bldg. 5, Saint-Laurent), and both times they completely messed up my order. The rice bowl had literally no rice and the wrong ingredients. The sandwiches I ordered were just as bad—almost no meat, despite requesting double brisket. It didn’t even meet the standard portion of a regular sandwich. The sauces were also incorrect. It’s like they didn’t even look at the order details. On top of all that, the employees were rude and dismissive. This isn’t just bad service—it feels like they’re blatantly scamming customers. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

Avoid! They are so stingy with the toppings! They give you attitude whenever you ask for a little more. Meanwhile other subway locations give enough on the first pass. I look forward to the day this location inevitably closes. Hopefully it will be replaced by an owner of a restaurant that truly cares about their customers. Disgusting behaviour and service!

Première fois que je viens ici et woow!!! L’employé nommé Fadel, tellement accueillant, gentil, agréable, respectueux et rapide et ce même si c’était vraiment plein et il était le seul à tout gérer sur le plancher… c’est rare de nos jours, des bons employés comme ça, clairement lui il travaille pour 3 donc mérite une augmentation. Nous serons de retour :)!!! 10/10

I ordered a breakfast sandwich egg and cheese this morning. The price on the menu is $4 so with tax is $4.60. While at the checkout, the employee charge me $4.79+tax so I paid $5.50. I asked why and he just kept saying I gave you the receipt with a very bad attitude. what is going on here ?
