I had a very disappointing experience with an employee named Pawal at this Subway. This is not the first time—it has happened twice with me. He was extremely rude, very disrespectful, and not willing to listen to customers at all. His attitude makes the experience very unpleasant, and I honestly expect better service from Subway.

First time coming here and wow!!! so welcoming, kind, pleasant, respectful and fast. it's rare these days, good employees whoever working here, clearly they works for 7 people among us so they deserves a raise. We will be back :)!!! 10/10

Absolutely terrible experience—twice now. I mobile ordered from this Subway location on Henri Bourassa Blvd W (Bldg. 5, Saint-Laurent), and both times they completely messed up my order. The rice bowl had literally no rice and the wrong ingredients.
The sandwiches I ordered were just as bad—almost no meat, despite requesting double brisket. It didn’t even meet the standard portion of a regular sandwich. The sauces were also incorrect. It’s like they didn’t even look at the order details.
On top of all that, the employees were rude and dismissive. This isn’t just bad service—it feels like they’re blatantly scamming customers. Extremely disappointed and will never order from here again.

Ordered 2 tuna Footlongs online. Whoever prepared them, didn't put the sauces I asked for, didn't put any olives which I asked for, and barely any tuna.

Never again would I return to this place.
