Worst customer service ever. The employee had one earphone on and acted like we were disturbing him. I tried to exchange with him but nothing worked. Very bad attitude. On top of it, at almost 40$ for 2 sub, I can't believe how cheap they were with stuffing.

UPDATE: I went to Subways and got a really good service. The App is actually linked to DoorDash, so Subway has no control over the delivery. The staff was nice and comprehensive, and they even made me a new fresh sandwich and gave me a free cookie for the trouble. Service was very good!I ordered online and there were no drivers available; the delivery hour was always postponed, so i called to cancel my order but no one answers, and I called many times and always no answer. And i have no way of cancelling and getting my money back on the app. Really bad service.

Omg , pire expérience ! L’homme qui m’a servit était vraiment bête , aucun sourire, on dirait qu’on le dérange pourquoi c’est lui qui travail. Je lui demande plus de sauce , il soupir comme si je lui demander trop ou que c’est lui qui payait la sauce du subway ?‍? franchement je comprend même pas qu’il est encore employer la bas. Le pire service à la clientèle que nous avons reçu. Lorsque nous y allons, c’est toujours le même jeune homme qui nous sert. Il avait un écouteur à l’oreille et nous écoute à moitié. Il ne nous a jamais dit un simple bonjour. C’était la dernière fois que nous y retournons. Quel manque de civisme!
