As a m&m subway cookie addict - For the love of everything good, please do not add so much oil / pam spray / grease on the baking sheets before putting the cookies on top. Im using 8 sheets of paper towel just to try to absorb the oil from the cookies. I've been to other locations, and have not tasted this in those places, so I know it's not the cookie itself. Please, stop the use of so much oil for the cookies...
Give your employee a raise, been a customer for years across many different branches but this guy that served me tonight is beyond good, super friendly, welcoming, quick and efficient. Absolutely nothing to say, do whatever it takes to keep him!
I work at night sometimes and really wanted to eat sandwich or wrap but not the breakfast sandwich or wrap the regular so I placed an order on Subway around 8:05 and it was ready around 8:30 am.
