My daughter went to the store at noon to get the coupon, and the clerk took the coupon away and hid it, and overcharged her, and finally refused to provide a receipt. Please treat customers of different ages and races fairly.

I had a disappointing experience at this place .I sent my 15-year-old daughter to buy sandwiches, and the staff member working there was extremely rude to her. She asked him to change the bread because it wasn’t what she ordered, but he ignored her request because he was busy. When she tried to address the issue again, he rudely replied, "You’ve been here for ten minutes and didn’t tell me," even though she had already asked politely.
To make matters worse, when my daughter didn’t respond in front of everyone, he told her, "Don’t look at me that way," which left her feeling embarrassed and uncomfortable. She came home upset and has no intention of going back to this place. I hope the management addresses this behavior to ensure better customer service in the future

Did not take coupon, said there was not enough bread when there clearly was. This was also an hour out from closing so not a good excuse.
The guy working there was very rude. Young guy with black trex t-shirt. He denied two Uber order drivers who were waiting for a while because the orders were big. One asked for some water, and he said he could not. When I ordered 5 subs, he simply ignored by request to add different sauces (it's not made like that!), charged me more because I requested pickle in one (never knew subway charges extra for veges), looked very annoyed when I asked for a different cheese than what he was putting. I didn't have a very customised order, I asked the same bread for all 5 subs, same cheese, and accepted whatever he decided to put, but even small mods were making him annoyed. Subway is known for its customization, and so was a little irritating experience for me. Felt like he was there just because he had to. Poor service.

J'ai récemment visité ce Subway et je suis très impressionné! Le restaurant est incroyablement propre, la nourriture est délicieuse et le service est rapide et efficace. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement gentils, généreux et amicaux. Je recommande vivement ce Subway à tous ceux qui cherchent un excellent repas avec un service exceptionnel!

Super good, fast and efficient, pleasantly surprised by the welcome and in particular a cashier who always has a smile and politeness. I had the chance to chat with the owners who are actually the best subway angels I have ever known ?
