2024.09.26 Last week when we passing by again we ordered 100 pc platters unfortunately its not delicious as before I didn't see old staff probably may be new management or new owner I never go there again, and reduce the rating too. if any body know where old staff two lady staff work (I don't know their name) please share .

Outstanding Takeout Experience - Delicious Sushi and Excellent Service!
When ever I had chance I ordered mostly 100 pc combo from Sushi Shop's Marcel Lauren and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The ordering process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being incredibly polite and accommodating. My order was prepare quickly, and everything was neatly packaged to ensure the food remained fresh and intact. As for the sushi, it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was just as impressive. The rolls were flavorful and expertly crafted, making for a perfect meal home.
Our family shushi lover's we passed more than 5 shushi shops to reach there both side more than 70 km as we live in far Vaudreuil- Dorion. We have shushi shop just 2km from my home we tried not only that but other shushi shop too Nothing work except this shushi shop. Specially I have to mentioned the staff the ladies who place our orders very kind and polite with nice smile If ever has chance definitly go again.

“This is a very nice 11/10 restaurant with a great staff that are always on their feet 😇 The menu is extensive and the best part is that the chefs prepare the food in the corner so you know it’s all fresh 😇 We started off with the Chiyoko pops and Shishito Peppers and they were so good ❤️❤️ But what really mesmerizes you is the main course whether it’s Steak Frites or the Chiyoko Dragon 😍😍 My sushi literally came on fire and as they say presentation is everything and it was so worth it 🎉🎉 Each bite was a gourmet’s delight 🥰🥰 For dessert we had the crème brûlée! It’s mostly a take out restaurant and it shows because of its very small dinning room space. It almost feels like we have to eat quickly and leave asap because of the limited seating. “Wow, this was my first time ordering from this sushi place, and I was super happy with my meal.

Everything was super fresh and full of flavor.

I went with the mixed 36 pieces, which had a combo of futomakis, nigiris, and hosomakis. They also threw in 6 extra pieces for free, so I ended up with 42 pieces of sushi.

I also got 8 pieces of avocado maki (#H3), and the avocado was so creamy and soft.

I couldn’t finish it all in one sitting, so I had the leftovers the next day at room temp, and it was just as good as the night before.

You won’t be disappointed with the sushi here.

P.S. If you’re ordering for delivery on Uber Eats, make sure to request chopsticks; otherwise, you won’t receive them! I ordered twice from here, and both times, they weren’t included.“

I can honestly say Sushi Hin is my favorite sushi place in the West Island. I have been there twice and the quality and service is very consistent. On my last visit i was there for lunch in a group of four and we were offered items that are only available for the night service.
