I just ordered $40 worth of food today. Taste like frozen grocery store sushi. They just scavenge whatever is on the display, not fresh at all. Its not worth it

I’m not sure if it’s the owner working there or just regular employees, but they really need new training on how to greet customers politely and provide proper customer service. I’ve been to different sushi shops and always received good service and was satisfied with my order, but this place is just disappointing. I’m not trying to be mean, but the way they treat customers is really shocking.

3 times called for take out 30 min in advance and they forgot to prepare. Last i went there they don't understand french or english got wrong order. Not going there anymore.

I ordered takeout sushi and the lady almost refused to give me soy sauce because she said I didn’t tip. It’s counter service - I paid full price for my sushi and didn’t expect to be bullied into tipping. The woman was so rude and yelled at me and the whole interaction was uncomfortable. I’ve never dealt with this kind of attitude over something as basic as soy sauce. Definitely not coming back.

Worst experience in two attempts, the worst customer service I've had and the worst is both times the sushi was all spicy and I've eaten sushi in my life so I can tell you it's a waste of time and money sure that for the price it costs I had better both the service and the sushi!

Very very very disappointed. As a long time fan of the sushi shop chain, this has got to be my worst experience. I was hoping to enjoy some sushi with my mother for a quick stop. My mom ordered dragon eye, barely any salmon so she didn't even eat more than one bite. Shrinkflation is real!! but that doesn't work anymore since sushi has to respect a certain balance to be good...
My rolls weren't too bad, but there was an overpowering smell and taste of mold all over my rolls 🤢🤮 I hate a few bites and i smelled it again at home and ya ... just nope. That's unnacceptable. The prices are way too high for what we got dealt with. Not only is it inflation but not worth it! Very sad... And disrespectful from the owner to their customers.
Save your time and money and go to a sushi buffet that is known to be good... You won't regret skipping this one! Unless you want mold intoxication and an unsatisfactory experience...

Horrifying,
I ate here last summer and good FOOD POISONING and was the worst too. I ate some combo with white fish and got sick so I advise you, If you do go eat here, go at your own risk because you could get sick

They try really hard (and succeed) to prevent you from using the coupons. Very rude and unprofessional. Also, check your to-go orders, they can "forget" things.
