Worst experience in two attempts, the worst customer service I've had and the worst is both times the sushi was all spicy and I've eaten sushi in my life so I can tell you it's a waste of time and money sure that for the price it costs I had better both the service and the sushi!

Very very very disappointed. As a long time fan of the sushi shop chain, this has got to be my worst experience. I was hoping to enjoy some sushi with my mother for a quick stop. My mom ordered dragon eye, barely any salmon so she didn't even eat more than one bite. Shrinkflation is real!! but that doesn't work anymore since sushi has to respect a certain balance to be good...
My rolls weren't too bad, but there was an overpowering smell and taste of mold all over my rolls 🤢🤮 I hate a few bites and i smelled it again at home and ya ... just nope. That's unnacceptable. The prices are way too high for what we got dealt with. Not only is it inflation but not worth it! Very sad... And disrespectful from the owner to their customers.
Save your time and money and go to a sushi buffet that is known to be good... You won't regret skipping this one! Unless you want mold intoxication and an unsatisfactory experience...

Horrifying,
I ate here last summer and good FOOD POISONING and was the worst too. I ate some combo with white fish and got sick so I advise you, If you do go eat here, go at your own risk because you could get sick

They try really hard (and succeed) to prevent you from using the coupons. Very rude and unprofessional. Also, check your to-go orders, they can "forget" things.

Completely unprofessional,the staff of 2 women were completely lost and rude
. There was a lady that came in after me and she ordered for takeout and I was there much longer than her and they were very rude to me.ordered 2 soups plus tuna tartar plus wakeme salad and some mini makis .

All my bag leaked because there was a hole in one of the containers so I lost one soup . I will
Return to claim it tomorrow but I suggest to never go there .

2024.09.26 Last week when we passing by again we ordered 100 pc platters unfortunately its not delicious as before I didn't see old staff probably may be new management or new owner I never go there again, and reduce the rating too. if any body know where old staff two lady staff work (I don't know their name) please share .

Outstanding Takeout Experience - Delicious Sushi and Excellent Service!
When ever I had chance I ordered mostly 100 pc combo from Sushi Shop's Marcel Lauren and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The ordering process was smooth and efficient, with the staff being incredibly polite and accommodating. My order was prepare quickly, and everything was neatly packaged to ensure the food remained fresh and intact. As for the sushi, it was absolutely delicious! The ingredients were fresh, and the presentation was just as impressive. The rolls were flavorful and expertly crafted, making for a perfect meal home.
Our family shushi lover's we passed more than 5 shushi shops to reach there both side more than 70 km as we live in far Vaudreuil- Dorion. We have shushi shop just 2km from my home we tried not only that but other shushi shop too Nothing work except this shushi shop. Specially I have to mentioned the staff the ladies who place our orders very kind and polite with nice smile If ever has chance definitly go again.
If you are shushi lover higly reccomnded this shop we have tried all other shushi shop in Montreal

We ordered a big platter of sushi and they just put regular sushi, there was no specialty on the platter, what a disappointment! For $80 a platter, it's not worth it!

It was nice and fresh and very tasty but a bit pricey for me. I ordered last time the Vancouver roll (8 pcs) and the Twin Salmon roll (also 8pcs) and my bill was $26, with taxes ofc. The restaurant was a bit crowded, although the employees were very friendly and nice, were a bit slow, but they were making the sushi by hand, and working so hard. Speaking of my bill, I don’t mean to sound stingy or selfish, but I couldn’t afford to give them tips.

Yesterday I was walking with the little one and saw sushi in the window. I decided to try it! With my minimal English and theirs it was also difficult to understand each other, but we managed! The girls are polite, the food turned out to be tasty and fresh, which is very important for me, because I am feeding a baby. So don't be afraid to buy food here even in summer!
